The Maiden Foundry

The Maiden Foundry was establised in 1975 in Walla Walla, Washington by Michael Maiden. In 1980, overcome by the demand of local and national artists, Maiden moved the operation to Sandy, Oregon, where the foundry still stands today. Operating his own foundry not only taught him the intricacies of bronze casting, but also allowed him the resources to develop himself as an artist.
